25 Bank Street is an office tower in Canary Wharf, in the Docklands area of London. It is currently home to the European headquarters of the investment bank J.P. Morgan & Co. The building was developed in 2001–2003 by Canary Wharf Group as one of five new buildings on its Heron Quays site. The building was designed by architects Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects and built by Canary Wharf Contractors. What will happen to it without us?

1 Day: As London shines brightly into the night, the emergency generators in London's power plants fail and power off for good. 25 Bank street and the rest of Canary Wharf are now permanently dark at night.

10 Years: The windows of the tower begin to fall out of the structure. In the offices, paper begins to decompose as the interior is refurnished by Mother Nature.

25 Years: The building's glass exterior has changed into a rusting steel skeleton. Plants are growing on several floors as birds build their nests on the upper floors, while animals take shelter in the base which has turned into a garden in its own right. The building's foundations are weakened as the River Thames bursts its banks and submerges Canary Wharf.

75 Years: Nearly 7 decades of corrosion finally takes it toll on the structure's steel frame, causing the tower to collapse on itself. The building that housed J.P. Morgan & Co. no longer stands tall.
